With a foundation in architecture, Pavan brings the design vision to Nucleus. His approach is centred on creating spaces that are thoughtful, functional and timeless, with equal attention to proportion, detail and the way a space is experienced.
He is closely involved in architectural planning, spatial design, design development, material exploration and the overall design direction of Nucleus projects.

With an MBA background, Hemanth brings a strategic and business perspective to Nucleus, while remaining actively involved in the creative and execution aspects of every project.
From project planning and procurement to material sourcing, design discussions and finish selections, he works alongside the design team to evaluate ideas through the lens of aesthetics, quality, functionality, practicality and long-term value.
